Blog Dot Boredom

I'm sitting in the middle of my floor bored out of my mind. Around this time I should probably go to sleep but for some odd reason I just CAN'T fall asleep. Its been that way for a couple of weeks now and I can't seem to figure out why. I haven't been doing anything differently, I haven't changed my eating habits, I STILL play video games all day, and yet here I am sitting in the middle of my floor bored out of my mind.

Earlier today (er...yesterday) I was laying on my bed and was watching TV, I got up to go get a drink from downstairs and when I came back someone had turned my TV off; at first I thought nothing of it. Eventually the TV kept getting turned off every time I left my room and I can't figure out who the culprit is. Now my TV is on, my room is dark, my room is clean, and Im happy.

Speaking of TV, I was watching the food network and this one chef used what looked like a GALLON of olive oil in this little tiny bowl and the whole time im thinking: This guy is either crazy or he has no depth perception.

I was sitting at my desk waiting for a torrent file to finish and I had come across an old Tech TV archive from before the G4 Tech TV merger. The archive goes all the way back to the early days. For some odd reason i feel like an idiot because i had NEVER even thought about tech tv before the merger. I was amazed at how much history the channel had. I went through the archive maybe two or three times before i was sastified with what i had learned about the network. I only got to enjoy the shows that are no longer airing for a short time. Unscrewed with Martin Sargent was the first show on the network that had caught my eye, with the strange bizzare form of comedy and unusual guests the show had an edge that made it stand out among the others. Even though the show eventually got cancelled after the merger, the "Unscrewed Army" still lives on...

Just think, I found all of this info when i was bored and waiting for a file to download. I wonder what I would be able to find out it i were out in the desert with a lecturer strapped to my back and having to memorize notes for a test.

Hey everyone! I've started a new blog that has a lot to do with boredom. A lot of deep thoughts and ideas occur when a person is bored; I plan to find out why. I'll occasionally post a pic to show my location and why I'm bored. Thats it for now, in the mean time...stay bored!
